Instructions
Please supply all organization and team information. The registration process is a two step process.
Once you submit the registration form, we will send a validation e-mail to the designated 'Organization Contact'.
The validation e-mail contains a link that MUST be clicked-on in order to complete the registration process. Once you click on the link, your registration is considered complete.
NOTE:
In 2012, we are allowing 4 teams in the U10 division and 16 teams in all other divisions. In order to accomodate 68 teams,
we ask that you plan accordingly and
