All coaches, board members and volunteers need to complete this
registration form (see below link) annually. This form not only
captures inportant information but once submitted initiates a record
check, part of the "Kids Safe Program". Please activate the link, find
the correct job description or type in a more descriptive identifier,
fill out the form completely and then submit.
